But more complex, slightly sweeter in taste and cooked above my oven's 500 max.
Crust is thicker and not like Mike's, Woodfire or any one else's IMO but this is a good thing as its something different and still delicious for the Pizza Connoisseur.
The price + toppings make it a must try ...
Punafish ... The old Chevrolet Dealership Parking Lot after 5 on Tuesdays and Sundays but I think they do Maku'u as well ... I'll check.
