Hmm, my mistake -- though County washing their hands of the incident as "occuring on private property" was the most likely explanation... so now I have to ask:
If you're getting this level of "service" despite being "in town", what should the rest of us expect? I already don't bother calling in stray dogs and gunshots, what exactly are my tax dollars paying for anyway?
