Sen. Ruderman and Espero meet with Roger Christie
#32

Totally irrelevant.

Christie is in the criminal justice system charged with the crime of selling pot and all the other usual charges that go with that. Just as every person charged with a crime, an initial appearance before a Judge is made and bail determined.

Christie has been before that Judge and denied bail. Numerous times. Termed a “danger to the community.”

That is why Christie is in jail.

Now the kidnapping sexually deviant perverted wimp in Ohio has been charged with the crime of rape and kidnapping. He had his initial appearance this morning and the Judge granted bail. 2 million per charge, 8 million in total.

It would take 800K in cash to get him out.

So then, has our criminal justice system come to the point that a pot dealer is such a danger to the community that we have lock him up and deny bail, but to a person who kidnapped and brutally tortured 3 women for over 10 years is not a “danger to the community” and held without bail?

Someone could put up that 800K bond – and then what?

Obie, you going to let him move into the hood?

I’ll take Christie any day!
