Reasonable expectation to privacy.

Here in Hawaii what does the law say? If you have left a natural buffer on your property for your personal privacy when in a given area of your own yard and a neighbor violates that privacy by taking pictures of you through your vegetation screen from their property when you are in that expected private area, are they violating privacy laws in Hawaii?
