I've looked at some recipes on the internet but most of them are about using commercial pork to make "Hawaii style" kalua pork. I have some local wild pork and want to make a good kalua pork with it. Yet at the same time I'm not interested in digging a pit, starting a fire, and doing it entirely old school either. I'd like to use a slow cooker / crock pot.
I really like the kalua pork and cabbage at Kaleos.
Anybody have their best kalua pork recipe to share?
thanks ahead of time
