What if you don't have a choice, just like the people paying the taxes? I honestly believe that the financial situation most families are in is no fault of their own, an ever larger percentage of the middle class is dependent on foodstamps now. 50 million Americans are on food stamps, 85% of Hawaiis section 8 housing is in Puna.
