A couple asides:
Kelena, don't put Boeshield on the fridge. It forms a sticky, waxy coating that will be very gross on the outside of the fridge. Boeshield (available at Sears) is great but not on that surface. Stainless is just that-- stain LESS.
Regarding extended warranties, HD's $99 extended warranty sounds like a steal compared to Sears where you will pay about $300 for a fridge warranty, but buyer beware! We have the $99 warranty on an LG dishwasher from HD. After the first repair (where the repairman destroyed the hardwood floor by causing a flood) and over 100, yes 100!, phone calls, the dishwasher was repaired by the third attempt and over 1 year of effort! I ended up repairing the floor and billing them for it! HD uses a third party to manage repairs by independent contractors here. Nightmare!
We have the top fridge bottom freezer setup. Don't love the bottom freezer. It is a chore to pull that thing out and push it all back in when loaded. Don't be fooled by how easy it is to do at the store when empty.
