Yes.. a Costco.. And some cool parks. How about a nice 20-40 acre park that has a lot of space to walk on a path, Maybe a dog park and Frisbee golf? How about a REAL nice sidewalk going down kahakai from say beaches park to the ocean. Hmmmmm.... drive through coffee shop? Maybe a really nice vegetarian restaurant with reasonable prices less than 10 bucks for a meal deals.
Dunno how does one get involved. I don't mean RED tape government BS. But a REAL grass roots effort to just get stuff done that's needed for and by the people. Not just 50 meetings on why we need it with mostly lot's of hot air but no action. Heck, even if one got together with a bunch of volunteers to make some nice walking paths graded and gravel would be better than nothing.
Would be nice to get "behind" something that was worth while and actually accomplished a few goals a year. Not just show up at some poorly planned meeting that all you do is waste your time and go nowhere since no one can agree on anything.
