An RV is defined as "cooking and sleeping".
Shipping is by size and weight. (I vaguely recall the prices being similar for a Westy, which is about the same size/weight as a car.)
Propane tank (if any) must be evacuated, and certified as such (the place that does it will put a sticker thingy over the valve).
County building code revision includes the ability to consider any vehicle a "building" if it does not move for 24h; enforcement is probably "complaint-driven" and/or "proximity to paved road".
