Comet ISON now visible here in Hawaii

The very latest updates indicate that the comet is producing much more dust than previously while molecular emission is significantly reduced. This might indicate the nucleus is breaking up although it's a bit early to say. We should know more in the next couple of days hopefully, but the news may not be good for comet observers. We'll see.
