Orchidland Special Membership Meeting

If I understand correctly, 100% of the property owners (and tourists, and businesses) pay taxes/fees so the State can pave (and re-pave) a section of highway that doesn't even need maintenance.

Seems like if they just did the work where it was needed, got it right the first time, and didn't leave the equipment sitting around, we could have better roads for the same tax revenue.

Why, it's almost as if the goal isn't "to pave the roads".
