Website for rain charting?
#9
The Weather Underground has just about everything for serious weather junkies. Click the "Station Select" button to get detailed info from 10 different locations around East Hawaii. Near the bottom of the page they have the 10 reporting sites listed, click one of them, on their individual page you will find a rainfall report (if available), click the "Yearly" tab for a full years info.

If you really love your weather and have your own weather station, you can even add it to their report.
