New account claiming that most people on waawaa want it paved. This goes along nicely with the internet petition run by someone looking to sell their property down there who no longer lives down there. The other vocal proponent on this forum being someone who built a large ocean side home in the area and rumor has it wants to sell out as well. How many people living down the waawaa actually have internet and would end up on these forums or signing online petitions? The people I know down there I have to walk or ride my bike to in order to communicate and they do not want it paved. I guess I wont be walking or riding my bike down there once it is paved as it will be full of tourists and others joy riding down it. That will throw a wrench in former said persons "beach walk" dream, of course the plan to make sure the traffic is diverted into the shores neighborhood has already been carried out, just like clearing the trees for the obligatory ocean view. Three story houses here we come!
