Not sure why this type of fantasy sports entertainment is considered as illegal gambling in Hawaii?

It would be nice to read what some of you here on punaweb think about this type of entertainment or gambling?
So MR. Chin decided that this type of individually paid fantasy entertainment is wrong, inappropriate, or unlawful. Should be interesting to see what this same Mr Chin thinks of our mayor Kenoi's type of community entertainment spending then.
