Oneself, I am happy to kill and butcher for you, or trade, or whatever. I have no problems with the killing butchering part. You might find you don't either. I know how happy my animals are, they are all "pets" up until the second I kill them. I also use the quickest humane methods available to me to lessen any suffering. I find that if they are used to handleing that butcher day is just like any other day for them and it's not stressful for them.

If anyone just wants a tutorial I'm also happy to have you come out to my farm on butchering day and learn how to humanely butcher rabbits and chickens. I never charge anyone anything for that. I just think it's an important skill for people to know how to do, even if you end up never needing to do it, at least you know how.

Also as a side note, it's VERY important I think when raising farm animals to know how to humanely euthanize all the different types of livestock on your farm in at least 2-3 different ways. I would hate to see one of my livestock in a position of pain and suffering or in an emergency and not know how to safely, humanely and cleanly end their suffering.
