subdivisions on wikipedia

On a positive note for Wikipedia, anyone can edit it to make it better, so it cuts both ways. Also their editorial controls have gotten much stronger in the past couple of years. An interesting thing to note about any of the major Puna subdivisions, however, is the rate of population growth. It's 10% annual for most of them compared to 2.2% average for the county. Basically almost all of the population growth is happening in the big Puna subdivisions.
