wow peter,,, that's the way to do it,,,,,material easy to get to and any wuss could patch their own frontage,,, wow,,, like magic ,, has anyone told of this magic to mimosa and Gladys ?

and I agree that some of the cost of materials should fall partly on road corp,,,,, I feel that all the prop owners along rd 1 should also pitch a separate fee each year ,, add up the developed lots with rd 1 frontage,,,,divide cost of yearly gravel pile refills between road corp and owners,,, this would make their road access top notch and promote other owners to do the same on their roads
