Yeah it may totally rot and be a soggy mass of pulp by the time she comes back to use it but she probably had fun and learned allot in the process. It's her life she can do what she wants with her money and time and she can post it on the internet if she wants as well. I found that some of it gave me allot of ideas. I would never choose a lot like that to build on but she bought it sight unseen. Maybe next time she can take what she learned from this project and improve it, at least she did something. When this little house becomes unlivable she can tear it down and start over.
