The last time I heard such bleeding heart left wing socialist blabber was when I lived in Mendocino - what a bunch of ass hats there. They also tried to fight the county building code and permit structure in Mendo. They lost in Ukiah and they lost here too. Get over it.

Having had the experience of waking up in a wildly burning building that was not built to code, in the middle of the night, looking around in the dark for children to get out of there -- gives me a respect for the building code, at least as far as far safety goes.
I've never seen or heard anything that feels right in Ellis' spiel. He just sounds like a flim flam man to me. I guess some people love what he has done.
