Only been to the Hilo Burger Joint twice so not a reliable sample size. I had good service the first time and slow/horrible service the second time. (It probably just depends on the time of day and how crowded they are.) The burgers were okay but nothing to write home about. I'll never go back, and why should I, as the best burger on the island is the punafish burger.
