Alan, re my post on prior page, the formatting used for Tiffany's response and Karen Eoff's is much more readable. Is there a reason that the other responses don't have a contrasting font (bold) to separate questions and responses?
Is there a reason why only Tiffany has a photo (and a color photo) on her submission? Were others told they could provide photos?
As an editor, I'm sure you are aware that what stands out to the eye has a better chance of getting read when there is an overwhelming amount of competing material.
It also seems like they should all be tagged the same other than the candidate's name. I tried finding them with a sort by tag, and they didn't all come up.
I am not questioning your ethics, but the entries are in fact different in impact due to formatting and photo inclusion (or not), and I think it would be much better if there were a uniform format.
