I do not believe it is a zoning issue. It is a voter fraud class C felony issue. Tiffany claims to have been living in Hawaiian Acres for many years yet she changed her voter registration card and voted in District 4 while living in District 5. So we should get it straight before we move on with the discussion.

Also, there is the matter of not paying her general excise tax on the property in Hilo. In the tribune article today Tiffany is quoted as saying that she has been renting her property in Hilo. This dear readers is yet another attempt to get away with not paying your taxes. Tiffany is a tax evader and guilty of voter fraud and I am picking up a copy of her 2012 voter registration form today and taking it over to the tribune.
