I bought a half dozen bottles of wine (for the discount [

I believe that makes me an optimist. (White wine must be chilled in my book).
I found some champagne that's been in a reasonably cool cupboard for 15 years and put it to chill to open in celebration when it's all over. I don't drink champagne, which is why it's been sitting around since someone gave it to me as a wedding present. It's probably spoiled, but again, I'm behaving optimistically ... it might not be.
