Tiffany Edwards Hunt running for Council

With all the craziest in this election, the County Clerk and head of elections for the Big Island, Stewart Meada, has assured us that he will be sending a complaint for 'voter fraud' against, Tiffany Edwards Hunt, to the prosecutor's office by Wed. of this week.

Not knowing that the complaint had not been sent yet, I called the prosecutor's office, and spoke to Mitch Roth.

In talking with him about the complaint, Mitch said, off the cuff, that he was unaware that 'voter fraud' was a felony. I guess no lawyer knows all of the law and so I made Mitch aware that it was a class C felony, punishable by a $10,000 fine and up to 5 years imprisonment. That is how serious it is folks.

Maybe I am saying this too prematurely but please do not let the Prosecutor Mitch Roth cover this case up or drag his heels in assigning it to a deputy prosecutor. The goal is an indictment, which will result in focusing on CLEAN ELECTIONS and preempting the corrupting influence, of Tiffany Edwards Hunt, that could have occupied the District 5 seat in 2015!
