Oh, it's just bluster, and funny bluster at the same time. The BIC article about responsibility, constructive dialogue and trolls says that only whistle blowers can post anonymously. The comments show that even this policy is about as short-lived as a goldfish's memory. There are at least two or three comments on that article from anonymous people that have a long history of insulting others, but also are clear supporters of Tiff. I bet you those anonymous commenters will be allowed to continue to insult others but woe-betide you if you're anonymous and have something bad to say about the BIC or Tiff.
