A "service business" is a common concept and common in practice everywhere. I think that the source of possible confusion lies with Tiffany herself referring, on a number of occasions, to BIC as a "community service". That is different.
I view Punaweb as a community service and on that basis I offer free advertising to local residents and have no scheduled source of income (advertising). I have accepted donations and am grateful for them as they occur.
Tiffany accepts donations on BIC also... but she also has a scheduled advertising program which, by my estimation, may bring in a thousand dollars or more a month. On that basis I think her use of the term "community service" may be misleading.

Assume the best and ask questions.
