Since when is a right removable because it can only be practiced effectively in limited applications? Just because a blind person can't easily make a basket at the top of the key doesn't mean they can't slam dunk it when next to the hoop. So yes, they should be afford the right to firearms in the state of Hawaii. But if the State of Hawaii is that insensitive to reality, it begs the question what other rights have they charged over like a bull in a china shop? Not only would it be a victory for 2A rights, it would be a victory for disabled citizens and another victory towards silencing narrow minded opinions that are made law.
