I had a conversation with Anna the other day. Punaweb is going to concentrate on providing cash to the teachers to shop with. They know their kids and the needs. Anna tells me that there is a lot of stress and the hurricane increased the number of homeless kids. There is at this time an expressed preference from the children. It is for food. They are hungry.

Pretty basic. Food.
