I think we still have a right to assemble.
One could argue that a farmers' market or live music event at SPACE (or anywhere else) is merely "people's right to assemble", but somehow there are many layers of regulation which must be satisfied.
My argument is that if "the community" insists on a one-size-fits-all regulation when chasing one activity out of their subdivision, then the same rules should be applied equally to all...
Noise limit in Ag zoning is 70db. Safe to assume this party will exceed that level.
