Page 32 of the current Bylaws: APPENDIX E - HPPOA Business/Fiscal Schedule, at the bottom of the page states (in part):
As Needed Officer vacancies shall be filled within 60 days
I’m sorry to have to repeat: “officers” of the Association are currently the President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer (Article IX, Section 1). This “As Needed” does not refer to non-officer Director positions. I still cannot find any reference to a time limit for the filling of Director positions in the current Bylaws.
