“HPP Watchdog...watchdogs don't support anyone else but the association and bylaw abiding board. You are not a true watch dog.”
I disagree with your position regarding a watchdog. A watch dog doesn't take sides but points out what the board is doing, like not posting the opening for District 1 then appointing someone at the next meeting. This is a violation of the bylaws and any vote or matter of attendance is invalid until they post the position.
Moreover, District 3 is open because the new Director has resigned already and the bylaws state that this opening needs to be posted on the website within 2 days of the notice of resignation, it's still not on the website.
“Being concerned about the lawsuit and supporting terminated employees and their return are two very different issues. You and Steve1 are also supporting the terminated employees. Let's be clear about that.”
Let's be clear about one thing, we are only looking for the truth, and let the chips fall where they may!
I do commend you on your other questions that the board must answer, they are a run-a-way train.
After all, Sunlight is the best disinfectant.
