What bothers me is that the conduct policy goes two ways. It takes some gall to pass out the Members part of the conduct policy (like was done at the Member's meeting if memory serves), but never the Board's conduct policy. There IS a conduct policy for the BOARD, but it seems to hidden somewhere. Wonder if the BOD ever read it? I have (in the past) and from what I can tell, the BOD is NOT following the any of the policy which delineates THEIR conduct! (sorry to be a grouch, but this situation is disgusting.)
I'm pretty tired of some of these self serving power freaks. Still wishing they'd just resign. They know who they are and so do we.
