Punaperson - it's not meant to be dismissive or callous to the problems caused. We lit no fireworks and are also dealing with freaked out pets, messy streets, raspy throats, and little sleep.

All that said the display was impressive and rivaled many professional programs seen here and elsewhere. For anyone with a view from upper Puna, it must have been incredible.

Now off to clean up the mess.
