Orchidland stopped trying to be competitive on propane about 2 years ago. I consider it convenience store propane.
To be fair, one needs to be careful before throwing out terms like "price gouging". Unless you know what their costs of obtaining propane, storing it, and paying to get it into your receptacle, you don't really know if it's "gouging" or not. Their propane prices have not (as far as I know) gone up since the June 27th lava scare. Their prices have been much higher than Pahoa propane etc for years.
