Remember, this is the same group that stated in a public meeting in July that "we are engaged in mediation", when it has become evident that no mediation has occurred to date. (emphasis on present tense added)
And the same group that implied there was a "forensic" audit being undertaken. Morgan's reply: "No, there is no forensic audit taking place. What IS taking place right now is the regular annual audit which in itself is pretty detailed." was posted on 9/30/2014.
If Board members have obfuscated in the past, why should their word be taken at face value now?
