where it buy small coffee huller new or used

I'm looking for a coffee huller to remove the parchment layer. We only have a few fruiting trees so just want a small "home user" type solution, hand cranked is okay. The only ones I can find online are either lab grade for a few thousand dollars or direct from China where the shipping costs more than the huller.
Any ideas? |
