Did not disappoint one bit, great game between two very well coached football teams. Really though it felt like most of it was very predictable and made for television, as in very good entertainment. Very surprising catch yet again against the Patriots but even more surprising was the worst play call in the history of the Superbowl era. Maybe some truth behind some of the rumors surrounding who was to be MVP Lynch and his multi millions he's going to demand or Wilson?
Anyway when a call looks that bad on a stage that big somebody is usually going to be talking to his lunch bucket very soon, NFL stands for, not for long. Looked as if the head coach of the seahawks changed his mind and call on the sidelines just before he gave that game to the Kraft family. Maybe Pete will get another chance to coach the Pats again after all.
How come so many of those 4.5 million dollar 30 second commercials are so misleading from what they are truly trying to sell us? Budweiser had me fooled more than once, and I never could figure out what some of the half naked ladies were trying to sell. The one that had us following what looked like an old mans Viagra pill out the window and into a car that swelled up with muscles, then had all the ladies noticing was genius, or just a Lexus.
Could Hawaii ever have such a stadium like the one the cowboy owner Jerry Jones helped build in Dallas? Sports and television are here to stay and it is a shame Hawaii couldn't be part of it more in the future. Those large stadiums can host much more than just a game of football or baseball, they are roomy for things like hula championships, musical concerts, motorcycle and car races, extreme sports like skateboarding, world conventions, really the possibilities are endless with a new age stadium like that. I know it would never work cause Hawaii does not have the population to fill them, but then who would have thought folks would like the desert of las Vegas as long, or as much, as they have? The added jobs, entertainment, or tourism added profits could be used by the state to help pay for its rail.
P.S. Anyone know how much a stadium like that one in Cowboy land cost to build and maintain?
How much is the railroad on Oahu going to cost once completed, and how much to maintain?
