punalvr, since you have a rotor, there are 3 different locations that PBS transmits from. Try pointing at one of these:
1. Kulani Cone (RF Ch. 41)
2. Saddle (RF Ch. 19)
3. Hilo Bayfront (RF Ch. 28)
You'll need to re-scan for the above RF channels while pointing at the respective location.
