Unfortunately the previous owner had a fire sale so to speak and we ended up with bargain clearance item owners next door.
We recently adopted the silent treatment technique as nothing else works.
We have since planted some heavy screen Buddha Belly Bamboo 3' back from the boundary line to create a 6' thick impenetrable barrier within a few years. A 6' high solid fence wouldn't be high enough due to topography. Anyhow that's the way it goes. We got other new neighbors the other side of us on a previous undeveloped vacant parcel next door who are great neighbors. So as they say, a wish in one hand and crap in the other...
