Mr. Tom has a good question: Renter or Owner? If renter, yes, contact Owner/Agent/Rep (in writing, too...sometimes they forget; Just saying.).
If Owner, lawyer is a good suggestion. One letter; stating the outcome should this behavior continue, given your rights. Cost around $200.00USD. (*Side note: I have a really good lawyer if you need help with this kind of nonsense. Sorry, O/T). Been there, and done that crap.
On the other hand, reading your posts in the past, taking the matters into your own hands, avoiding legal (and physical) confrontation, besides cookies and a reasonable discussion, send a registered letter (detailed) with your concerns and your approach to solution. Tenure must stand for something.
Good luck with these people. You're strong enough and smart enough to make the right decision.

I missed this post after getting derailed. We may take up that attorney offer. It's ashamed that our bamboo can't grow quicker. Anyhow, I initially tried all the sweet stuff, offered to help clear land with our backhoe for free, etc. Anyhow all the details are too draining to rehash. We're pretty much live at let live people, don't care about some random loud music now and then, dogs barking etc. But the continued verbal assaults, threats and demands are nonsense.

BTW... I have a few drones sitting in our Iselle collapsed greenhouse corroding away. One radio helicopter had a 5' diameter rotor span. Those hobby days are gone but building an ultralight type vehicle is of interest
I have too many projects to get finished as it is. House needs siding, solar tracker needs its slewing drives fitted and controls wired up and programmed. A backhoe that needs me to do the lower engine rebuild on it with a rebuilt head waiting to go back on it. On and on. If anyone here is good at diesel engine rebuilds and can help for beers and barbeque or? in return, let me know
