LOL...Snorkle. We are down in Waa Waa. Luckily, our subdivision doesn't have the issues they have in HA.
As for the privacy issue with our one neighbor: He is insistent that we not be on a huge chunk of our property that is visible from his house. He is paranoid that we are staring at his house and that we are attempting to eavesdrop on their conversations. If he sees us working on our property, he makes inappropriate and/or rude comments. (We have several neighbors who have witnessed his odd behavior and heard his comments.) We are sympathetic to their desire for privacy, and have planted an additional barrier between our properties. After we planted this barrier, he installed a temporary partial fence that he looks over and around to look at us. He has demanded respect, when he has provided no reason for respect through his words and actions. At best we are hoping for our property barrier to provide relief from his apparent obsession with us. Last year after they moved in, we also paid to have the property line between us surveyed, since he insisted that 'eyeballing' it from the corner pin was sufficient for him to put in a small wire fence for their dogs where he assumed the property line to be. We asked them before we had the survey done if they wanted to mutually shoot the property line since we have the equipment, but they refused. They have also refused our offer of coming over for drinks and/or dinner.
Punalvr...another attempt at being the spoon...I fail to see how that makes you better than anyone else.
