Probably in Hilo, but ubiquitous broadband would be a better investment than an expensive climate-controlled building to house dead trees.
Nobody was consulted or knew about the constantly changing Cdp plan ? It's blocked to most landowners
Correct -- although I'm sure there will be "public" sessions where the planners "solicit input".
The bigger problem: PCDP was supposed to "prevent sprawl". Anyone who has had to visit the "three corners of Keaau" knows it's too late for that, and the new plan doesn't do anything to improve the situation.
