Permitting a greywater system

If you can put in a cesspool, that's what I would do. I doubt that you would save much money doing anything else. If you are talking about a greywater recycling system then I think a bigger catchment tank would be more bang for the buck anywhere on the east side. I throw away water everyday as my tank overflows.
