3D does look like a good product. I'm just not convinced it is as "user' friendly as ProTec. Finishing ProTec apppears to be much simpler (hence less expensive). If I understand correctly, tape and compound the joints then exterior can be stuccoed directly and the interior can be finished as if sheetrock. Applying 1-2 inches of concrete to each side of the 3D just seems a lot of work unless you can hire it done.
