Hi Gary and welcome aboard. I have a lot in Seaview that was bought before the land got too crazy. My husband and I are moving with the three cutest minature dachshunds on earth next year. We are planning to build a modern style home. Rob G on this board also has a lot in Seaview. Keep looking in there if you really want to be by the beach. I have seen a couple of great deals on houses there lately. You could always buy and rent it out until you are ready to move. Leilani is nice but it isn't all it's cracked up to be. A few years back we were really interested in Leilani and made an offer on 3 side by sides. THe seller rejected our offer, this was long before the land rush when things went for $7000-10K in there. At the time we ended up being glad because we really wantd to be closer to the beach but it sure would be nice to have those lots on the market right now!! I am in LA (Studio City) pretty often visiting my sister. Maybe next time we can meet for a Mai-Tai.
