New to me Packaged home!

after looking at the link and pics of the various homes, i realized that i have seen similar models of smaller garden homes at a home show in sonoma county, a smaller 200sq foot home was going for around $2,200 with no subfloor, the wood was pine and it does not look treated unless this distributor came up with another model, his pricing seems to probably include major markups for shipping/marketing etc. also it was single wall set up is very simple like putting together lincoln logs, but it does not look like the type of home that can survive any type of hurricane or high wind scenario.

it doesn't seem feasible to have something like this in termite prone puna unless you are only looking for temporary situations...if they have products that are termite resistant then it may be worthwhile.
