Pa Mella I too decided to find out about this cute cottage and also recieved a message from a Robert Moya. He also spoke of an address on Kalanianeole St. However as I looked this street up in the ready map book I did not find it However I did find a Kalanianaole St I suppose it could be a continuos typo on his part or it might be be elsewhere than East Hawaii I see lots of streets almost the same like that ex: Ainaloa Dr, and Ainaola Dr two seperate places huh?!?!? anyway he also tells me the kits are treated with Boron which is a product used widely in New Zealand and Australia "Eliminates the need for termite treatments and maintenance calls, Penetrates heartwood where CCA does not, Non-Toxic for handling, cutting, and disposal, Does not need to be site-treated on cut ends where CCA does, Cannot be used in ground contact or water contact. He also told me the kits include all nails, screws, door hardware, windows, doors, trim, sub floor, and glass.
