The protestors have already crossed a line in the sand cinder.
The solution is not to step back and draw another line in the cinder.
County police or DNLR officers have the authority to enforce existing laws and make arrests, if necessary. If the protestors are using non-violent civil disobedience, what could the National Guard possibly do that local law enforcement isn't already capable of doing?
