Hmmm, I wonder......
What happens when you spike a tree and it drops a huge limb on your neighbor's house or car or fence?
Most insurance companies I've dealt with say that a falling tree is an act of god, meaning... That you better have your own insurance. But the rule to this is, unless you can prove that the tree should have been cut down or was a rotting or diseased. Anyway... What happens when you intentionally kill a tree, I'm thinking in an insurance claim it's no longer an act of god and now, the home owner / lot owner next door is on the hook.
There was a HUGE albizia tree here in Hawaii beaches that someone spiked about 3 years ago. It's been dead for three years and just the other day I heard a huge ripping sound... I don't know if it was this dead tree or some other tree, but I suspect it was. These trees take a LONG time to die after injections, sure they will lose all the foliage and in same cases will start to regrow, time for another dose. But, just be aware, that the process is not over night. I suspect that some very big ones could take up to 5 years before finally imploding on itself.
I sm guessing FARM SUPPLY COOPERATIVE, INC. carries milestone?
