Now folks visiting the summit for prayers will have to explain and include hundreds if not thousands of strangers (tourists) in their prayers... I love all people like you all do, just not in my face as I am asking for guidance and forgiveness.
Do you find that the summit of Mauna Kea is the only place on the Big Island from which you can pray, and ask for guidance and forgiveness? What about the thousands of other quiet and remote areas on island? The deep forests? Mauna Loa? Kilauea? Green Mountain? Miles of remote cliffs, pools, and beaches along the ocean?
